End User License Agreement

1Definitions

• "Software" refers to the Cinch Solutions software product you have licensed.
• "License" refers to the right to use the Software granted under this EULA.
• "Cinch Solutions" refers to the company providing the Software.

2Grant of License

Cinch Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on one device
• Make one backup copy for archival purposes
• Receive free updates for the current major version

3License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Install on multiple devices without purchasing additional licenses

4Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Cinch Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

5Activation & Validation

• Internet connection required for initial activation
• Periodic license validation (configurable grace period)
• License tied to hardware fingerprint
• Significant hardware changes may require reactivation

6Data Collection

The Software collects:

• License validation data (email, license key, machine ID)
• Anonymous usage statistics for product improvement

The Software does NOT collect:

• Your audio recordings or personal files
• Browsing history or personally identifiable information

The Software may include third-party components subject to their own license terms. See the Software's documentation for details.
